*Penne di Cassa:
Penne pasta, grilled chicken breast, sautéed mushrooms and onions, sun dried tomatoes, cubed fresh tomatoes, feta and parmesan cheese, fresh basil and parsley, and white wine cream sauce.
Pesto Chicken Manicotti:
Manicotti stuffed with pulled chicken, pesto, broccoli & mushrooms, baked to a delicious golden brown with mozzarella with your choice of marinara OR alfredo sauce.
Beef Lasagna:
Fresh pasta sheets layered with our signature meat sauce, ricotta and spinach, topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, then baked to perfection.
Vegetarian Lasagna:
Fresh pasta sheets layered with oven roasted vegetables, ricotta and spinach, topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, then baked to perfection.
Rigatoni North Star:
Rigatoni with mushrooms, onions, roasted garlic and baby spinach in Alfredo sauce.
*Curry Cream Fusilli:
Tri colour fusilli with seasonal vegetables in a rich curry cream, with your choice of keeping the pasta vegetarian, or adding chicken OR shrimp.
*Ziti Romano:
Ziti pasta with chicken, green peas, fire roasted tomatoes and sundried tomatoes in a creamy rose sauce, garnished with pecorino romano.
*Chicken Parmigiana Pasta:
Ziti pasta with diced chicken thighs, mushrooms, garlic and onion, and bell peppers in zesty tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella, parmesan, and seasoned bread crumb topping. Baked to a golden brown.
*FFT’S Mac & Cheese:
Macaroni, crispy bacon, diced chicken, sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers and onions baked in our chipotle pepper cheese sauce.
Beef & Mushroom Stroganoff:
Beef sirloin, sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, garlic, in a beef demi, tossed in egg noodles. Topped with sour cream and sliced dill pickles.
Penne Bolognese:
Penne pasta smothered in our signature meat sauce and baked with jalapeno jack, cheddar, and parmesan cheese.
*Sicilian Pasta:
Orecchiette pasta with a hearty brown lentil, pancetta and root vegetable bolognese
Grilled Vegan:
Fusilli pasta, grilled vegetables, fresh basil and house made tomato sauce.
