Roast Brussel Sprout:
Rigatoni with roasted brussel sprouts, smoked chicken sausage, sauteed onions, garlic and herb cream sauce, topped with toasted walnuts.

Mediterranean Zucchini Ribbon:
Fettuccine, zucchini ribbons, chicken breast strips, kalamata olives, red onions, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, fresh herbs, cracked pepper and sea salt.

Beef & Wild Mushroom Stroganoff:
Beef sirloin, wild mushrooms, caramelized onions, garlic, fresh dill, sour cream, beef demi and egg noodles. Served with a side of diced dill pickles.

Chicken Parmigiana:
Ziti pasta with diced chicken thighs, mushrooms, onions, garlic, bell peppers, and zesty tomato sauce. Topped with mozzarella, Parmesan, bread crumbs and baked until golden brown.

Beef Lasagna:
Fresh pasta sheets layered with our signature meat sauce, cottage cheese, sauteed spinach, topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, then baked to perfection.

Vegetarian Lasagna:
Fresh pasta sheets layered with roasted vegetables, cottage cheese, sauteed spinach, topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, then baked to perfection.

Penne di Cassa:
Penne pasta, grilled chicken breast, sautéed mushrooms and onions, sun dried tomatoes, cubed fresh tomatoes, feta and parmesan cheese, fresh basil and parsley, and white wine cream sauce.

Butter Chicken Penne:
Authentic Indian butter chicken sauce with chicken, bell peppers and onions tossed with penne noodles.

4 Cheese Tortellini & Mini Beef Meatballs:
With mushrooms, onions and rosemary cream sauce.

FFT’S Mac & Cheese:
Macaroni, crispy bacon, diced chicken, sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers and onions baked in our chipotle pepper cheese sauce.

Penne Bolognese:
Penne pasta smothered in our signature meat sauce and baked with jalapeno jack, cheddar, and parmesan cheese.

Chicken Pesto:
Campanelle pasta, grilled chicken breast, bell peppers, fresh spinach leaves, garlic, onions, and pesto cream sauce.

Grilled Vegan:
Fusilli pasta, grilled vegetables, fresh basil and house made tomato sauce.
